5 tips to sleep better

Counting sheep at 2 a.m. no longer has any secrets for you? Are you dreading the moment to go to bed and push it up as much as possible? There are natural solutions to remedy it, so here are 5 tips to fall asleep like a baby! 🌱


1️⃣ sport, you will do


Sport yes, but not any time! Sports practice is beneficial because it allows you to release certain wellness hormones that can promote sleep in the evening. But be careful not to do sports in the evening! An intense activity warms the body and it is not recommended to play sports less than 4 hours before going to bed. Favor sport in the morning or in the afternoon for optimal results! 🤸


2️⃣ phytotherapy, you will use


Plants, the best allies of falling asleep! Among all these plants with many virtues on sleep, you are recommended to consume Valerian,hawthorn and of theashwagandha. 🌱

3️⃣ screens, you will go away


Do you know the adage "no screens for 1 hour before bed"? It is hard to stick to it, but the studies are unanimous: if you want to sleep better, avoid screens. The famous blue light they diffuse produces artificial light stimulation for the brain which will then believe in broad daylight and will not produce melatonin, the sleep hormone. 😴


4️⃣ A soft light, you will install 


In the same way as the screens, too much ambient light can delay the falling asleep. Exit the LEDs, light up this good old bedside table if you want to read a little before sleeping! 🕯️


5️⃣ an adequate temperature, you will favor


You have surely noticed it in summer, but the more hot it is, the less we sleep. Several studies have shown that the ideal temperature to find sleep is between 16 and 18 °. More than opening your windows or lower your thermostat! 🥵
