These conditions of sale rule exclusively the contractual relations between SYHA and the buyer having carried out an order on the website TheveGetallabexperience.com.

 

1. General provisions

1.1.These General Conditions of Sale (“CGV”) supervise the sale of products on the W SiteebThevegetallabexperience.com("The site"), property of the Syha company.

1.2.In order to be eligible for the purchase of products on the site, customers must be at least 18 years old or, in the case of minor people, be duly authorized by their representative (E ) Legal (e)

1.3.Before placing any order, customers are invited to expressly accept these GTC. These CGVs may have to be modified. The GTC applicable to the order are the GTC posted on the date of said order.

2. Products

3. Price

4. Order & Delivery

4.1. Deliveries in mainland France are carried out by postal services or any other partner selected by SYHA.The order will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. If the address given by the buyer turns out to be wrong, or that the package is not withdrawn in the timely time, Syha cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivery. Relaying costs will then be the responsibility of the client.

4.2.Orders are generally processed within two (2) working day (s).

From the processing of the order, the products are generally delivered, within the following deadlines:

-Delivery by Colissimo: 2-3 working days

In any event, the order is executed within a maximum of thirty days from the day following that when the customer validated his order.

4.3.In the event of late delivery, the order is not canceled. Syha informs the client by email that delivery will come with delay. The customer may then decide to cancel the order by registered letter or email.

•        In the event that the order has not yet been shipped, the latter is blocked and the Customer is reimbursed from the sums possibly debited within 14 days of receipt by SYHA in the cancellation notice.

•        In the event that the order has already been shipped when receiving the Customer's cancellation notice by SYHA, the Customer can still cancel the order by refusing the package. Syha will then reimburse the amounts debited and return costs paid by the Customer within 15 (fifteen) days following the reception of the return of the complete refused package and in its original state.

Syha therefore declines any responsibility in the event of too much delivery time due to the postal services, as well as in the event of loss of the products ordered or a strike of postal services. It is specified that the risks of transport are borne by the buyer

4.4 The delivery costs by Colissimo are established as follows:

5. Payment

Purchasing payment is carried out by bank card. The site is subject to one of the most efficient security systems at the current hour, the universal SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption process.

7. Disputes

These CGVs and contractual relations between Syha and the client are subject to French law. The language of this contract is French.

In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of resolution of the dispute within the framework of mediation, the latter will be brought before the competent French courts.

 

8. Nominative information

Syha undertakes not to disclose the information communicated by buyers and visitors on the site to third parties. These are confidential.
