📦 Preparation of commands

The packages are prepared by our team, in our premises in Clermont-Ferrand. We do everything we can to prepare your order with care and as soon as possible.

Any order placed before noon is shipped the same day or later the next day. There is no shipping of orders during weekends and holidays.

Delivery

Your order is placed in your normalized mailbox. If its size does not allow a mailbox, a passing notice is filed there. Consequently, a relivration or a provision of your package at the post office is made. You can withdraw your package on presentation of an identity document for 10 working days from the date mentioned on this notice. After this period, your packageis automatically returned to us.

 

EUROPE

Delivery costs are offered from € 100 purchase in Europe. Below this amount, a package of € 9.90 applies, as indicated in the table above.
