Face cleansing milk
Need a good oil -based makeover, but soft, for sensitive and problems?
Cream benefits
- Only 10 ingredients fall into the composition of cleansing milk.
- Formulated without added perfume and alcohol.
- Formulated with a skin -respecting conservation system.
- Formulated with a gentle and non -ionic emulsifier which also works as a very soft surfactant (non -ionic surfactants are the sweetest of all surfactants).
- Milk contains rapeseed oil, which is an excellent versatile oil for most skin types, glycerin, which is a widely used and well tolerated moisturizer that also helps clean the skin, and sugar Xylitol, which gently fights the bacterial film on the skin.
- The pH of the milk is approximately 5.5 (the pH of a healthy skin is slightly acidic, between 4.8 and 5.5).
Usage tips
Generously apply to a cotton and wipe the dry face (without using water) with cotton, or massage directly on dry skin with clean fingers.
Rinse the face with water. For deep cleaning, use a damp toilet glove.
Decrypted ingredients
AQUA
The water. The main vehicle of our cleaning milk.
CANOLA OIL
Emollient and skin conditioner. Colable oil is commonly used in cosmetics and is well tolerated by the skin. It is slightly richer in oleic acid (around 60 %), linoleic and alpha-linolenic acids representing a little more than 30 %, making it a good versatile oil for most skin, but especially for skin Dryer and subject to eczema.
GLYCERIN
Humectant and protective of the skin. Technically a sugar alcohol, glycerin is one of the oldest, the most common and the most versatile humacs used in cosmetics. It hydrates and protects the skin, accelerates the restoration of the skin barrier and has antimicrobial properties, among others.
Dicitrate/Polyglyceryle-3 stearate
Emulsifier and surfactant. An emulsifier, in simple terms, makes it possible to mix water and oil to form an emulsion. This product is soft for the skin, non -ion, based on glycerin, stearic acid and citric acid, and is made from rapeseed oils and RSPO certified palm.
Sodium levulinat
Skin conditioner and preservative. The sodium levulinat is sodium salt of levulinic acid, an organic acid which, in this case, is derived from sugar cane. With sodium anisate and vegetable glycerin, it constitutes the conservation system used for this cleansing milk. At the appropriate pH, the salts turn into acid, and that's it: the product is preserved.
Cetyl alcohol
Thicking and emulsion stabilizer. A fatty alcohol made from RSPO certified palm oil. Please note that, like sugar alcohols, for example glycerin or xylitol, fatty alcohols are not identical to denatured alcohol (ethanol); Sugar alcohols and fatty alcohols both have hydration and packaging properties, while distorted alcohol has a completely different function in skin care products (and can be drying for the skin).
Sodium anisate
Antimicrobial, aromatic and conservative agent. The saline form of organic acid derived from star anise. The other half of our conservation system.
Xylitol
Humectant and skin conditioner. Xylitol is a sugar alcohol that hydrates and conditions the skin, while having antibacterial properties. Interesting research suggests that Xylitol has the ability to inhibit bacterial biofilm on the skin, which could be the cause of many skin problems. The one we use is made in Finland from European hardwood.
Xanthan gum
Gelling, thickening and emulsion stabilizer. Natural thickening and commonly used in cosmetics, xanthan gum is a polysaccharide produced from sugars by fermentation. Funny fact: It takes its name from the bacteria species used in the fermentation process, Xanthomonas CAMPESTRIS.
CITRIC ACID
Buffer agent. Citric acid is a buffer agent, that is to say an agent who adjusts the pH, commonly used in cosmetics. It is obtained by bacterial fermentation and passes the pH of the product in the acid range. It thus approaches the natural pH of the skin, which can vary from 4 to 7, but which is generally between 5 and 6, recent studies indicating, however, that it is less than 5.
