This bamboo whip - also called Chasen - is a traditional Japanese accessory, used to dissolve matcha green tea.

Meticulously manufactured, it consists of 100 bamboo stems, delicate and flexible which manage to completely dissolve matcha powder, in addition to beating it by creating a foam which maximizes its Umami flavor.
